Shipping policy

Delivery Policy

We offer free same-day local paint delivery.

  • Orders placed by or before 12PM Monday – Friday will be confirmed, shipped and delivered same-day latest by 6PM.
  • Orders placed after 12PM Monday – Friday will be delivered the following business day, latest by 6PM.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will be delivered the following business day, latest by 6PM.
  • If there is a problem with your order entry (e.g. incorrect colour code, incorrect product information, or incorrect delivery information) your order will be held until a Team member is able to confirm the details of your order.

For address outside of our local delivery area

  • A flat rate of $50 will be added to your order.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with updated timeline and tracking information. Typically orders will arrive within 3-10 business days.
